Mid week wedding... a handful of close family and friends ... country manor to yourselves and then a gorgeous country pub for the reception...perfectly executed i say, tres bien !
Such a pleasure to meet and hang out with this lovely family . Blessed with a beautiful Indian summer's morning in Brighton , much fun .
A beautiful, natural bride and groom, a super shiny spring day, a gem of a piece of sussex countryside , a touching humanist ceremony and a whole lot of love between family and friends, make this one of my favourite weddings. An oldie but a goodie, it had to go on the blog as i would like so many more of these weddings. Feel the love people xx

Rubbish! There is no denying i need some help with my blogging in order to make it regular! Still have a load of shoots to blog and have been waiting for my new sites, but like everything in life , things always take a little longer than expected. Anyhow, on a cold late January afternoon i met this lovely pair for the first time and spent a cold and windswept hour on Ovingdean Beach with them. They met at 6th form college! I stand in awe of that.. ! Really looking forward to shooting their wedding in Surrey this summer. Gwen will be the most beautiful flame haired bride…and having spent most of their adult life together already, i imagine i will be fighting off the tears! Oh the shame of it as the wedding photographer, but i am a massive softie!
This year i'm going to be exhibiting in a couple of Open House's for the May Festival in Brighton . Just sorting through some images and came through these, which i love as a set together. A couple of them are from a shoot i did with Hope and Harlequin . I'll let you into a secret, i am in the process of re-branding, with a sparkly new website. All my fashion work will be in there, so the rest of this shoot will be on my new website. Streamlining in 2015. Yeah baby....
So it's snowing outside...brrrrr! In stark contrast the wedding that i'm sharing today, Ron and Candy'swedding was on a scorcher of an August day at Herstmonceux castle..No time to think about the heat when i'm shooting, but i just remember that i felt i had too many clothes on that day! I have never shot before at Herstmonceux and i have to admit to being a little nervous as it's such a grand venue. I also had shot the wedding in deepest darkest Wales the day before, so i was also tired, but good old adrenalin kicked in ( and some coffee) and all was grand. I have to thank Luca Sage for second shooting with me, such a large venue so it was needed and also so many details it was good to have an extra pair of eyes. Ron made sure that Candy got here fairytale wedding in her English castle, complete with owls, falcons, horse and carriage, archery, balloons and bubbles - a wedding extravaganza. Watching the falcon fly Candy's wedding ring to Ron was a first!
